This policy governs payments, refunds, and cancellations for all LCIS-related fees and services.
All payments (admission, tuition, transport, or activity fees) are considered final unless otherwise stated.
Payments made through the app or online portals are acknowledged through official receipts only.
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
Duplicate payment made due to technical error.
Admission withdrawal before the academic term starts (after deduction of processing fee).
No refunds will be issued for:
Mid-term withdrawals or absenteeism.
Termination of student due to disciplinary action.
Voluntary discontinuation of services.
Requests for cancellation must be made in writing to admin@lcis.in
