Refund Cancellation

This policy governs payments, refunds, and cancellations for all LCIS-related fees and services.

1. Application & Fee Payments

  • All payments (admission, tuition, transport, or activity fees) are considered final unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments made through the app or online portals are acknowledged through official receipts only.

2. Refunds

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment made due to technical error.

  • Admission withdrawal before the academic term starts (after deduction of processing fee).

3. No Refunds

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Mid-term withdrawals or absenteeism.

  • Termination of student due to disciplinary action.

  • Voluntary discontinuation of services.
