1. Purpose

The LCIS Management System provides digital access to academic, administrative, and communication tools for school staff, students, and parents.

2. Authorized Access

• Access is restricted to verified school members (admins, teachers, staff, students, and parents).

• Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

• Unauthorized access, modification, or misuse of the system is strictly prohibited.

3. Data Accuracy

Users must ensure that all personal and institutional information entered is accurate and up to date.

4. Use of System

Users shall:

• Use the platform strictly for educational or administrative purposes.

• Avoid sharing or copying proprietary school content without permission.

• Comply with all policies, including Privacy Policy and Data Protection guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, software, data, and digital assets within the system remain the intellectual property of Laurels Clan International School.

6. Termination of Access

Access may be suspended or terminated if:

• A user violates school rules or these Terms.

• Employment/enrollment ends.

7. Limitation of Liability

The school shall not be liable for any loss arising from misuse, technical errors, or unauthorized access beyond its reasonable control.

8. Modifications

The School reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
